Application form

Please use the form below if you wish to apply to attend the next event, Notholt Nightshoot XXXV, scheduled for Thursday 1st October 2026.

Before applying, please read the following conditions of entry:

• The event runs from 1930 to 2130 hours.
• The minimum age to attend is 16.
• Photographers are admitted on the understanding that the photographs they take are for their own personal use and must not be used for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising).
• You must bring photo ID with you. If your name is not on the guest list and you do not have photo ID you will not be admitted.
• A high-viz vest/jacket must be worn at all times.
• Please note you are not confirmed as being on the list until you complete the booking process and receive a booking number. Submitting the application form below only registers you. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to make payment etc. You must acknowledge receipt of those instructions and follow them. Only then will you be confirmed as attending the event and receive your booking number.
